1. Services
DataPebble provides data integration, ETL and data transformation, Power BI dashboard development, reporting automation, and pipeline monitoring services for businesses.
2. Scope agreement
Every project is based on a written scope agreed before work begins, including deliverables, data sources, and timeline. Packages describe an agreed scope, not unlimited development. Work beyond the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
3. Payment terms
Package prices are one-time starting prices, not subscriptions. Payment schedule and method will be confirmed in the written project agreement.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revisions stated in its description. Revisions refine the agreed deliverables; new features or major changes are handled separately.
5. Defect support
After handover, defect support is provided for the period stated in the package. It covers defects in the delivered work within the agreed scope, not new features.
6. Third-party costs
Third-party subscriptions, Power BI licenses, paid APIs, cloud infrastructure, hosting, and other external charges are not automatically included. New paid services must be discussed and approved before implementation.
7. Project handover
On completion, the agreed deliverables and workflow documentation are handed over. Access to client systems is used only as authorized for the project.
